Century Automations is a done-for-you implementation service. The setup fee reserves onboarding capacity and covers hands-on implementation work. Below is our full policy.
Setup Fee Refund Policy
Refundable within 48 hours of purchase — as long as implementation has not started.
Once implementation begins, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.
What counts as “implementation started”
Implementation begins when we start building and configuring your bot, including any of the following:
- ✓Creating or naming your bot instance
- ✓Applying your branding (colors, logo, styling)
- ✓Writing or customizing conversation flows and qualification questions
- ✓Adding FAQs/intents and responses
- ✓Configuring lead capture fields and routing (email/SMS/CRM/calendar)
- ✓Testing and QA for your specific setup
Monthly Billing
Monthly service begins when your bot goes live.
You will not be charged a monthly fee until your chatbot is fully configured, tested, and deployed on your website or social channels.
